TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

SUMMARY

All STL files are the property of BELDA Vincent EI and are licensed for personal use only.

This document constitutes the legal agreement between you and any entity you represent (hereinafter referred to as "the Licensee") and BELDA Vincent EI (hereinafter referred to as "the Licensor") regarding the use of the Licensor's STL files. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using our STL files, you automatically become a Licensee and agree to the terms below.

If you do not agree with all of these terms, do not purchase, download, access, or use the STL files provided by the Licensor.

ARTICLE 1: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

BELDA Vincent EI is the sole owner of the STL files. These files, along with all characters, scenery, and accessories they contain, are protected by copyright law and cannot be copied, shared, or used outside the terms of this license.

ARTICLE 2: LICENSE AGREEMENT

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these STL files.

ARTICLE 3: AUTHORIZED USE

The Licensee is allowed to use the files only for personal, non-commercial use.

ARTICLE 4: PROHIBITED USE

Any use of the STL files outside of personal use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action for copyright infringement. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reselling, sharing, or distributing the files in any form.
• Producing and selling 3D-printed miniatures from these files.
• Using the files in video games, applications, software, or other digital products.
• Modifying and reselling the files in any form.

ARTICLE 5: PROHIBITION OF MODIFICATION

The Licensee is not allowed to modify the Licensor’s STL files, except for strictly personal use (rescaling, slicing for printing, etc.). However, modified versions must not be shared.

ARTICLE 6: CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

Any violation of these terms will result in an immediate termination of the license and may be subject to legal proceedings under applicable laws in France and internationally.

ARTICLE 7: NON-AFFILIATION WITH GAMES WORKSHOP

"The products sold by BELDA Vincent EI are original creations and are in no way affiliated, authorized, sponsored, or approved by Games Workshop or any other third party. Any resemblance to existing products is purely coincidental. Our STL files and 3D models are independent creations and should not be mistaken for officially licensed products."

ARTICLE 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Licensor disclaims all liability for:

• Loss of data, file corruption, hardware or software damage caused by the use of STL files.
• Incompatibility with certain software or 3D printers.

ARTICLE 9: MODIFICATION OF TERMS

The Licensor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

ARTICLE 10: APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the Licensor’s place of residence.
